Hi! My name is Alyssa M. Rodriguez.
I am a strategic HR Business Partner and an employee advocate who approaches each day with an eager and energetic spirit.
I have held HR Leadership roles in both the private and public sectors, and have worked in the retail, supply chain, and higher education industries. I have experience in all areas of HR, but my focus has primarily been on talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
As an HR leader, I help shape the employee experience, while driving business results and aligning Human Resources with the organization’s overall mission and strategy.
My “WHY” – “I believe in the power of people”
I am a firm believer that an organization’s greatest asset is its people. Without its people, an organization will fall short of its full potential and fail to gain a competitive advantage.
This idea that “talent is power” is why I work in Human Resources. It is exciting to be in the position to positively impact the people of my organization. Above all else, the best part about my role is being able to shape the experiences that people have within my organization and foster an out-of-this-world working environment that attracts the best talent and creates the best team.
As I progress through my career in HR, I will continue to shine light on the amazing people of each organization and strive to help organizations utilize its talent to stimulate growth and success.
